		<description>I think you&#039;re absolutely right.  I&#039;m not a health care professional.  But I think it&#039;s interesting to observe how the government is able to allow engineering of foods to be sold on the market without always informing the public at large.  Or that they allow foods that are dangerous to be sold like candy (I could name various sweeteners).  I also agree with the re-educating of our culture on healthy living.  As a nation, it&#039;s scary how large a part fast food industries (as well as companies that make processed foods) play in most daily diets (formerly mine as well).  It&#039;s all cost- and time-effective in a fast-paced society with an economic system that&#039;s failing.  But this convenience is deeply embedded in our mentality, just as deeply as the structures that sell them are embedded in our neighborhoods.</description>

		<description>I have to agree with you! You should do a taste test with organic vs non-organic carrots. The organic ones are so much sweeter and taste like carrot. I try to buy locally grown organic food but it&#039;s not always possible. I&#039;ve found that locally grown organics are even more delicious and fresh tasting.</description>
